Career Services is partnering with a new resume and cover letter software company called Wisedoc. Northwest students can log in with their campus email and password and easily create application documents.

Most resumes will only get a quick 15-second scan by a potential employer before they are sorted into “yes” or “maybe” stacks for later consideration. During that first quick scan, employers will look for reasons to quickly screen out candidates.
